Vicky is an experienced account lead with over 15 years experience in leading teams to success, delivering on client needs, and bringing creative ideas to life. Vicky is a creative strategist at heart and a learning solutions designer who uses a human-centered approach to engage the audience and encourage understanding. She began her career as a medical illustrator and biomedical communicator with a background in Human Physiology and Endocrinology. Over the last 15 years, Vicky has followed her passion for learning with a focus on making science relatable, driving an optimal learner experience, and telling a good story in the process. She applies a creative approach to every project with data and visual storytelling, engagement strategies, and attention to the user experience. As part of the leadership team at Metrix, Vicky shares her drive to inspire creative solutions with a forward-thinking approach.

Jessica is a leader in the learning industry. Throughout her career, she has led the design of strategic learning and development programs across sectors, many with global reach. In 2017 she became CEO where she inspires clients to explore more impactful ways to approach learning design for better results. She also ensures that Metrix continues to grow and be a place where people thrive. She actively contributes to the learning community, including as Director of the Certification Committee for the Institute for Performance and Learning, and speaks at learning conferences and events across North America. Jessica draws energy and inspiration from diverse groups ranging from technology startups to visual arts organizations to inform her leadership approach.

She has an incredible track record for growth, both from a business and people development perspective, and is instrumental in continuing to push the company forward. Sandra is able to draw from her background in communications to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives, strategy, and target audience, to consult to training solutions that align with their needs and vision. As a member of the senior leadership team, Sandra provides vision and thought leadership both inside and outside of the organization.
