Metrix was founded over 30 years ago by partners Susan Caldwell and Christine Pylat. They saw an opportunity to create a new kind of training design agency that created exceptional content with a relentless focus on results. The company was named Metrix because we always include metrics into our learning designs, ie how you know if the desired performance is achieved.
Metrix has since transitioned to the next generation of leaders, an exceptional team of learning and marketing experts with strong business acumen. We are proudly women-owned.
