The Canada Post sales team had undergone a large change in structure, teams and accountabilities. They needed a way to quickly excite, engage and upskill their Account Executives with specialized product and industry knowledge to take on the responsibilities of their new role.
The Sales Bootcamp paved the way for more proactive, consultative and collaborative Account Executives with marketing and e-commerce savvy. Participants left the sessions feeling confident in their ability to execute their new responsibilities. In fact, 96% of Account Executives reported that they were satisfied or extremely satisfied with the training.
In addition, the learning team strengthened their relationship with the sales team, opening up more opportunities to work together in the future.
